Cancellation Policy
• CANCELLATIONS
I require a minimum of 24-Hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in the full amount of that appointment.
• MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-shows will be required to pay %100 of the services scheduled.
• LATE ARRIVALS
Please be respectful of my time. Because I reserve a time especially for you, Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.
